I love being able to sew my own clothing (when I have the time!)  I don’t necessarily want people to be able to tell that my outfit is “home made”

I always try to make clothing that looks like it was professionally made - and that includes taking care of all of those fussy little finishing details :-)

Making sure that clothing fits right is definitely one of the more challenging parts of sewing, but it doesn’t have to be!  Simplicity patterns has written several excellent guides for fitting clothing - and they’re free online!
