I’ve made my own gloves.
There, I’ve said it! Yes, I am obsessed enough to sew my own gloves :-)
You know what? They’re not that bad to make, and the ability to customize the fit is fantastic. I tend to have short fingers and so most commercial gloves leave little “bags” at the end of my fingers. Not so attractive!
It’s been hard to find commercial patterns for gloves for a long time now. I’m tickled pink that Vogue has just released two patterns:
