pardon me, my studio is experiencing technical difficulties…

I got home yesterday from running errands, went into my studio to turn my computer on and noticed that one of the trestle legs on my sewing table looked a little funny.
I got down on my hands and knees and looked underneath…
One of the supports had popped out and was slooooowly bending.

tool of the day - pro seam ripper kit

I recently bought a new style (at least, a new style to me) of seam ripper.  It’s the best one I’ve come across - and believe me, I’ve used a few seam rippers!  I’ve broken seam rippers, inserted seam rippers into my fingers and cursed at seam rippers :-)

50 reasons I like to make things

If I didn’t, I wouldn’t have an excuse to buy more fabric.
Because fabric is pretty!
I like to wear unique things.
Off the rack clothing can be a challenge to fit sometimes (I’ve got a long waist).
I can make sure that my blouses & shirts are long enough.
